easyiwu collects contact information and the contents of sourcing or shipping requests that you submit through our forms. This typically includes your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, country, product or cargo details, and related request notes.

We use this information to review and respond to Sourcing Help and Shipping Help requests, clarify requirements, and follow up on next steps.

Submitted sourcing or shipping requests may be shared with PandaSugar, our Yiwu sourcing and logistics partner, so they can help review the request and follow up with you.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics events are configured to avoid sending personal contact details such as name, email, WhatsApp, or free-text product descriptions.

We do not sell personal information.
