- What information should I prepare before submitting?
- Share a clear product description, your destination country, and your sourcing stage. Quantity, budget, product category, WhatsApp, and extra specs help when you have them, but you can submit with the essentials and refine details later.
- Can I submit if I only have product photos?
- Yes. Photos are a useful starting point. Add any notes you have about materials, size, target price, packaging, or similar products so the team can ask better follow-up questions.
- Do I need to visit Yiwu in person?
- No. Many overseas buyers source remotely. Visiting can help for complex product lines or first-time market learning, but it is not required to submit a sourcing request.
- What order sizes is this suitable for?
- Sourcing Help is best for small or medium wholesale and trial orders where you need supplier finding, quotation comparison, MOQ guidance, or inspection coordination. It is not intended for personal shopping or one-off consumer purchases.
- Can you help coordinate product inspection?
- Yes. Qualified requests may include inspection coordination through PandaSugar when it fits the project — for example sample review or pre-shipment checks. Inspection scope is confirmed after review, not promised automatically on submit.
- I already have suppliers. Should I use Shipping Help instead?
- It depends on what you need next. If you already have suppliers but need supplier payment support, supplier verification, quotation review, or payment-and-order coordination, stay on Sourcing Help. If you mainly need warehouse receiving, inspection coordination, consolidation, labeling, storage, or international shipping for goods you already have, use Shipping Help.
- Can you help pay suppliers that cannot accept my currency?
- You can request reviewed supplier payment support for a genuine product order. The buyer, suppliers, goods, quotations or invoices, payment details, and trade route must be checked before acceptance. You may keep your existing supplier and forwarder or request additional sourcing, inspection, receiving, consolidation, or shipping support. Standalone transfers and currency exchange are not supported.
